Here’s a Message From Thought Code’s Founders…

We are uniquely positioned to understand the interplay behind human capability development and business strategy because of our mix of expertise and combined 40+ years of experience working with individuals, teams, and businesses.

Clare is a Registered Psychologist in Australia, and both of us are certified in a range of human performance and development areas. Together, we have over 20,000 hours of combined coaching experience in Australia and globally. Even more importantly, our deep people expertise is complemented by our extensive experience leading and managing within large global companies and coaching or mentoring businesses of all sizes.

During our years of coaching and consulting, we grew increasingly frustrated by the profiling tools on the market. We’d put clients through hours of profiling only to find that we still didn’t have the practical data we needed to help them achieve tangible results when it came to their businesses.

We knew that we needed to go beyond just personality and behaviour to drive real change. So, we developed our own profile tool that draws on established principles of psychology and neuroscience and focuses on the heart of the matter: how people think. Thought Code was created to help businesses make strategic decisions related to people, making our tool the only one on the market to integrate human capability with business needs.
